I offer individual and couples therapy with a focus on self-growth and navigating your relationships. 

At the core of my practice, I want you to feel good about who you are and what you are about.

I want you to process your challenging relationships and better understand your feelings. I want to support you in working through any underlying stress and trauma.

I want to support you and your partner in feeling more connected and balanced in your roles.

I want you to take care of yourself during the postpartum period, to feel good about your postpartum body and mind.

I want you to understand your baby, toddler, or child. I want you to follow your intuition and feel confident as a parent.

what i offer

Individual Therapy

  • Through individual therapy, we will get to the root of your feelings, process trauma, and address stressors that are coming up. I support you in relationship challenges with your partner, parents, extended family, or friends. I get to know your background because I believe it plays a role in your current challenges. I can support you in processing traumatic birth experiences, better managing the stress of parenting, and navigating a child’s development.

Couples Therapy

  • Through couples therapy, you will improve your communication with your partner and find more balance within your roles. You will better understand how to communicate your needs and keep your partner’s needs in mind. I provide pre-marital therapy to work out challenges prior to marriage. I provide therapy to support couples in preparing for having a child or after a child is born.

Postpartum Support

  • The postpartum period is a major life transition, whether it’s your first or third time around. I have received specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. I am also a postpartum doula trained by the Ayurvedic Institute of Vermont. I utilize both Western and Eastern practices to provide a holistic perspective around this unique time.

The Investment

What is your mental health, emotional safety, and well-being worth to you?

I am invested in helping you heal and feel better from the minute we start working together. Most of the time, therapy is short-term. It all depends on how ready and willing you are to do the work. I don’t want insurance companies to control the work that we do together, which is why I no longer work under them.

At the end of each month, I provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance. Most insurance companies reimburse clients 80% of the cost for out-of-network therapy providers.

I offer two varieties of session lengths and we can meet at the frequency that works best for you: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
